As the Managing Agent for Winn Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce there will be a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting on Monday, July 1st, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the normal business of the Association, approval of erosion control projects, and conveyance of common area to the city.
