We are pleased to announce that the community pool will officially open on May 9, 2025, and will be available for resident use daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weather permitting.

For the 2025 season, we are introducing designated Adult Swim hours (21+).The updated schedule is as follows:

• Sunday - Thursday: Adult Swim from 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday -Saturday: Adult Swim from 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We encourage all residents to review the Pool Rules, which will be available on the community website and posted onsite at the pool.

Please note: Pool access will be suspended for any accounts with outstanding HOA assessments. To bring your account current or to discuss payment arrangements, please contact our Customer Service team at 972-428-2030 or email Billing@essexhoa.com
