When: This SATURDAY, March 30.

Where: Winn Ridge Pool/Soccer Field Area -2601 Walker Ave

Time: 12pm-3pm

Volunteers were emailed 3/17 with their arrival times. Duties will be shared on Saturday morning. Set up team, please arrive at 10am.

Egg/candy/toy donations- the LAST pick up for the week will be TUESDAY 3/26 at 6:00pm and THURSDAY 3/28 at 6:00pm ONLY.

If you signed up to donate, please have your items available for Tuesday/ Thursday.

Please note, we are in the final stages of preparing. We are no longer accepting volunteers outside of those who have already signed up. Fret not, there will be more events to assist with in the future.

Vendors: Please arrive at 10:30am to set up. All vendors are responsible for their own setup /take down and clean up.

If there are any additional questions/concerns, please use the search feature at the top right of the page. We are not at liberty to respond to inquiries throughout the day due to work obligations. Thank you for your understanding.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association as well as review and approval of Proposed 2024 budget.

We will have our National Night Out event on Tuesday, 10/3/2023 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.This will be a great time to bring your community safety questions and to meet our brave Law Enforcement Officers that protect our communities and city.

Bring the kids out, we will have snacks to enjoy.

What's National Night Out?

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. This event aids in making our neighborhoods safer and a more informed place to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

The Winn Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been re-scheduled due to technical difficulties for Monday, September 25th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to review the updated notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.winnridgehoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Election Meeting Materials” tab.

If you have previously submitted a ballot, we appreciate your participation and ask that you resubmit the updated ballot for the election. Only the updated ballot will be accepted for the upcoming election.

Please Note: Floor Nominations or Write-in Candidates will not be accepted for this virtual meeting. No online voting, ballots, or proxies will be accepted after the deadline date mentioned below.

If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Sunday, September 24, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.

THE JULY 4th AND END OF YEAR BASH HAVE BEEN CANCELED

The Winn Ridge Community Spring Garage Sale will be April 29 & 30, 2023.

If you plan on setting up a sale, and want your address listed in the marketing distribution to the neighborhood and social media, please fill out the attached google form.

Please join us for the Annual Winn Ridge Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 04/08/23. Hunt will start promptly at noon and you will miss it if you are late.

Parking will be limited, and we recommend walking to the event, if possible. The parking lot will be blocked off and not accessible.
