New Schedule for Bulk Trash Pickup

Beginning August 1, 2024

We will begin weekly bulk pick up starting August 1st.

There will no longer be a monthly bulk pick up so instead residents can put out weekly bulk on the same day as their trash and recycling. The bulk will be picked up by a different truck so don’t worry when your trash and recycling is picked up and think we forgot your bulk. The bulk must be picked up by a different truck so it will be by your house on the same day but most likely it will not be at the same time of the day as your trash and recycling. You are still allowed 4 cubic yards of bulk per month, so you may place out a little each week or some weeks you may not have any bulk and one week you may have lots of bulk that would total 4 cubic yards.

Our regular truck for bulk can take heavy items such as: washer & dryer, furniture including sofa, chair, table, bicycles, just about anything except something over 4ft long and heavy.

We ask that if you have a very large or heavy item that you email: CityofAubrey@republicservices.com so that we can send our Boom truck (the truck with the claw) to pick up that very large and heavy item with the specialized truck. This truck will come by only on Wednesdays to pick up that item. You can wait until Wednesday to place that item on the curb for pick up.

Please have your bulk at the curb before 7am on your service day.
