Erosion Updates

As the managing agent of Winn Ridge Homeowners Association Inc., we want to inform residents of the several updates regarding the erosion issues and pool updates within the community.

Community Erosion

Currently, Essex is coordinating with the developer and a professional engineer to assess the root cause and prioritize corrective action. We should receive the engineering report soon.

In the interim, we will continue to efficiently prioritize projects related to all other infrastructure issues.

Pool

We are pleased to announce that a new shade structure will soon be installed over the kiddie area of the pool. The project should be completed prior to the pool opening on May 25th, 2024.

As a reminder, please make sure to register to your communities website at www.winnridgehoa.com to obtain a pool key card/replacement card and receive official HOA communications via emails, website posts and text messages.
