Happy 2024 and we would like to welcome all our new homeowners to the community.

The year has already started off with some good things happening and some things we need to address within our community. Below is a list of things we are currently working on and some projects that have already been completed. Please be mindful that this is our community, and you have the right to report anyone defecting or damaging any community property. You are also encouraged to report any suspicious activity. Winn Ridge honors our local law enforcement who have been very instrumental in our safety as a community. We will continue to work closely with the department for continued joint efforts.
