Summer Update 2025

We hope everyone is having a great summer so far. The Board has been busy working with various vendors on multiple projects throughout the community. Since the last update in March, please see the following updates:

1. New Landscaping Company - Sage & Stone; The new company started on the first of June. With the previous vendor not leaving the community in the best shape combined with an unusual number of rain days, the crew should be getting caught up and on schedule by next week. In addition to the regular maintenance, they will also begin replacing trees, plants, and shrubs as well.
2. Volleyball Court - the old sand was removed, drainage installed, and professional sand filled in. Fencing was installed around half of the perimeter. A new solar light has been ordered and should be installed soon.
3. Pool Season Underway - after a few repairs made to pumps, restrooms, and replastering, the season is underway. If you do not have your pool key access, please visit the website to get yours!
4. Beavers and the Beaver Dam - both have been removed which cleared up the drainage and sidewalk access.
5. Dog Park Enhancements - The cement pad, benches and the steel structure for shading have all been installed. The shade roofing will go on tomorrow and then be painted.

Starting soon:

1. Culvert Project #2 - the contract bid was awarded and permitting by City of Aubrey has been approved. Next steps is a constructing preview meeting with the city. If there are no issues, work will commence right away and is expected to last 2-3 weeks, weather permitting.
2. Soccer Field - plans are underway for long term solution to the field
3. Additional Dog Stations - first phase will be 6 installations around the walking trails
4. Additional benches/resting stations - first phase will be 4-6 along the walking trails
