Update on English Dr. Channel Repair

We would like to provide you with an update on the ongoing English Dr. Channel repair project. We are currently working with Barraza Consulting to finalize the scope of work required to receive approval from the City of Aubrey. Once approved, RPMX will secure a grading permit and begin work on the channel.

Please note that any additional work needed on retaining walls is not included in this scope and will be addressed after the completion of the current erosion remediation in the channel.

Once we have final approval and the necessary permits, we anticipate beginning work with the approval of the Board of Directors. We are still awaiting a response regarding the potential warranty for the completed work, as groundwork is typically not warrantied. We will also discuss with the landscape/irrigation installer to determine the warranty period for the new sod and irrigation.
