2023 Amenity Center Additions

We (WR Groups, Essex, board) would like to announce the ADDITION of three (3) new community amenities for 2023:

1) Child Swing Sets - one at current play area at Walker / second in pocket park on Weston
2) Dog Park - dual gated areas - large dog / small dog - fencing will attach to field wall at Walker / Tule
3) Soccer Goals - center of the field NW corner of Walker / Tule

These have been in planning for several months and a few weeks on order. We wanted you to be aware and understand the installation(s) are tentative and will take several weeks.

The new dog park cement has been poured and the fencing is to be installed around the first week of August. The swing sets are still on order and we hope for their arrival in a month. The soccer goals are on order and there are limits on the current ability to modify the actual sod / soil.

Note: Winn Ridge Homeowners are still in the Declarant / Developer phase - which is a different process compared to the future homeowner lead board (please refer to the CCR's). The standard 2023 budget allowed us, with fiscal responsibility, to provide items that are cost effective and similar to other communities. The amenities are based on the ideas from within the community for the past two years.
