Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Winn Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. We are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a Candidacy form.
If you would like to nominate yourself, or another Class A Member as a candidate, please complete the enclosed form and return it using one of the methods below. With the format being virtual, floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting. Therefore, to have your name placed on the ballot, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline.

Shortly after the deadline date noted above, a packet containing the information on how to register and log into the Annual Election Meeting will be sent out. Please be sure you are registered on your Winn Ridge website at www.winnridgehoa.com in order to cast your vote electronically at the upcoming election. An electronic vote counts for quorum, which must be met to hold the Annual Election Meeting. If you have any questions, please submit your inquiries from the “Contact Us” tab located on your Association’s website and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
